You need to know this place exists...
Waukee Mills is an old fashioned feed mill. You go there to buy seeds and stuff. What kind of seeds? Grass seeds, bird seeds, etc. What kind of stuff? Fertilizer, bird feeders, salt licks for the deer, water softener salt, etc. Your bill is figured out on an adding machine, not a computer. And, most days you'll get a friendly smile from one of the owners.
