We attended the NASCAR Sprint Cup race of 2014. We've been to several over the years. We like the Pit Terrace seating option for the view of pit action and proximity to everything. These seats are along the pit road straightaway approaching turn #1. The seats all have backs and there is ample leg room even for my 6' 4"...

Beautiful views from up on the Glen. Awesome weekend of racing. Early august can bring some rain so pack accordingly! Bring extra everything to share cause you are sure to want to once you start partying with 100000 of your closest friends!

My husband and I visited the speedway on a rainy day in Watkins Glen. We drove in (for free) and parked our car next to a grandstand. We climbed to the top row with our open umbrellas and were able to watch a BMW event. (No spectators, so was it practice?) At noon and 5, you can drive your own...

Ride the Track

For a unique, exciting and inexpensive experience, take your car onto the track and drive three laps behind a pace car. Although you can't zip around at 100 mph, the track is curvy enough that the ride is still exhilarating.
