Our pond fish had parasites and my husband needed a chemical called Proform C. Since he needed it ASAP he went to Waterworld. They charged him $140 for a gallon. I went online to find info about the product and found out it is readily available for $60/gallon. More than double at Waterworld!! A couple other items were purchased at the same time and sure enough they can also be found online for 1/2 the cost. I understance charging more to cover store costs, but this is outrageous. Avoid this place at all costs.
I will NEVER go back to this place. Apparently I was given a fish by an employee, and told it was on sale. Well when I got to the register I was argued with for 10 minutes that it wasn't the "sale" fish and that I should know the difference! Then was told the losing my as a customer was "no skin off my nose." and "I won't lose any sleep over it."No way to run a business!!!
