Honestly, I have been treated much better. We had many problems with receiving the exact back splash that we had ordered. First, we were stuck with an order that was not even close to the color we ordered. When we re-ordered and had a similar end result, a product different than our original decision.

After three years my very pretty Waterworks fixtures in the shower broke down. Three times the plumber had to come over, the Waterworks interior parts broke down and they are not under warranty. I had to buy the new parts, now we will wait till that breaks down.. BEWARE their products are inferior.

Love Waterworks! When I set out to design my bathrooms I lusted over their website and knew I'd found a line I could use throughout my home. The Studio Line offered a great assortment of fixtures and fittings that I used in my girls bath and guest bath leaving me room to splurge in the master.
