These apartments are very well kept apartments! The only major complaint I would have is the issue with the upstairs neighbors they are very loud! The only other thing that I would probably change is to give the residents more choices when it comes to Internet and cable if able! But the staff are very friendly and helpful and will do there best to help you!

Water bend apartments are wonderful! They are very well taken care of by an amazing staff and maintenance crew. The apartments are clean and up to date and very pretty.
