I am a former resident who rushed to move out of this horrible community! It has become living hell. You may be fooled to believe it may be an ok place to live if they will take you for a showing. That is only because they are showing you one apartment that is being kept in a good condition (usually in the same building where leasing office is located). I don't know what to start with.... the fact that it is a completely dirty place (inside and outside buildings), urine on the stairs, old creepy smelly elevators, extremely dirty pools that have been closed by the city several times (you can easily find bottles, garbage and USED CONDOMS around), smelly gym (by the way you have to pay a 75$ deposit to have access to gym, but that door is always cracked opened for everybody to get in). I went to the gym once to discover that was only the place where nice neighbors will gather to smoke POT!!!!. Safety is a big issue since people can get inside community with no problem residents or non residents. Always in the middle of the night you will see a suspicious car with someone inside stopping you to ask if you want some drugs! If you try to go for a nice relaxing time by the pool, forget about it! Loud music, bbq next to the pool, alcohol all over the place and lots of non residents hanging around. Parking is a big issue also. There are no assigned spaces so whoever comes home first is the one finding a spot. If you work in shifts like I do and you come home at night forget about finding a spot next to your building. Probably you will find a spot on top of parking garage where surprise, there are weird people hanging around drinking and doing drugs. I have found my car scratched several times since these individuals put their drinks or God knows what on your car. Laundry rooms, what a joke!! Dirty rooms and washing machines. You are better off going somewhere else. As long as I lived there I have never had any friend coming over since I was too ashamed. There more other things to mention but then this review will be too long and boring! Do not rent over there!!!
This people are a joke specially Jose Roman and Marlo Bryant, the lack of professionalism is clear. I didn't get an apartment there, my application was denied and thanks God only God knew what I was going to get into.
