I moved from Florida thinking I had a place to move into after receiving what apt I was moving into and putting down $1000 deposit to hold an apt. My girlfriend and I drove overnight only to find out that they changed their mind and we had no place to live and no money to get another place, and on top of all that we could not get a refund of the $1000 for up to 30 days. fortunately we eventually found a place that would work with us. after constantly checking with them for 29 days to see if our refund had come so we could get our money they said oh we can overnight a check to you ??? what you can overnight a check why couldn't they have just done that in the first place. This company is nothing but a bunch of lying thieves, in my opinion. I will never rent from any property of theirs and I recommend you don't either or you might end up homeless and have to scramble to hopefully find a place to put a roof over your loved ones heads.

The actual apartments are ok but the lack of professionalism in the front office is glaring. Read the lease very carefully because they will use it to auto renew your lease & lock you into more time than you may want.
