To say we were disappointed in Waterford Place is an enormous understatement. Upon first look, the outside was not well maintained and wasn't located in a great location. It is a nice apartment. But since it's so expensive I gave it 4 stars. Expensive, but good. It's a hassle climbing up and down the 3 flights of stairs for a 60 year old man but at least I get a good work out (also I wish they made groceries lighter) . I like the apartment complex in general because it's quiet and peaceful (if you don't count my 3 kids) I don't agree however, to the added...
