Central DuPage Foot & Ankle is a well run organization. Ease of making an appointment and check-in is great. Dr. Pastore has a great manner, and is extremely competent. I will go nowhere else for foot & ankle problems -- this practice is my permanent solution provider.

I very much appreciate Dr. Pastore's conservative approach to foot care. He doesn't immediately suggest surgery, but discusses less invasive options first. His bedside manner is great, and his staff is very helpful and friendly.

I want to get 0 stars. I have been through hell the last couple of years due to two botched surgeries performed by this guy. I have had to get one foot redone by another surgeon, and I am facing another surgery soon to repair my other foot My last 2 years have been all about limping, pain, suffering and less than a fun, happy life. Please do not allow Dr Pastore to operate on your hammertoes. He botched my toes on both feet. They still hurt after almost a year. They are more crooked and painful than before the surgery. I noticed that my toes were mangled immediately after he removed my bandages. Another surgeon is correcting what doctor Pastore botched up. Yes, he is personable, but definitely is not a good surgeon....
