I am living here now and this place is horrible! Someone has died in the creek behind the building, there are kids running everywhere, and they refuse to fix things. I had my hot water heater tank lit 3 times in one week and was told that they would not come out to light it again until a Monday because it was not an emergency! Since when was not having hot water not an emergency! I am beyond...

This is a family friendly community if you have kids they will always have someone to play with. The maintenance are really friendly and always take care of any issue you have. This is a safe community I've been here 3 years and have not heard of any crime around the complex. The area is well groomed, Always! If you are a Dallas Cowboys fan you might see them driving up and down the street...

I've been here 8 years and the only thing I can really say bad about the complex is that they don't keep the same management group; instead they change them every 3 or 4 months! If it was really bad, I would have moved my now!

This property deserves a 0 star or less. I have lived here since January 2013 & it has been by far the worst apartment community I've ever resided in. The management never return phone calls...

This apartment complex says it has laundry facility and it does not. Everything they claim they have is a lie. There are children running all in the street and don't move when cars are trying to pass. Do not move in this complex.
