I ordered a bin. They charged me $500.00. Plus $50.00 for a rush delivery which was mandatory but stated they would deliver in one day. Three days later and four very long phone calls, I never got my bin. The great part though is that Waste Management gets to keep my money! I lost $500.00 because I have to wait for them to call me back. I am so excited about this!

I have a gripe against the office. In order to to the free EWaste drop off, you need a photo ID with your current address. Not a bill with your current address and a separate photo ID. I know, let's say you moved and want to drop items off and you have a bill in your name, and an ID, but OMG the addresses do not …

I had a refrigerator go bad on me. I called Waste Management's main office in Commerce to find a recycling drop-off point as I did not want to leave it on the curb possibly endangering children. It seems odd to give a trash company 5 stars but these guys are solid. They're friendly. They replace broken trashcans within a day or two.If you generate a lot of recycling they'll give you another recycling can for free.And they have free bulky item and e-waste drop off.Free e-waste drop off !!!!Awesome.2013 #87 / 365
