We were with someone else (I can't remember their name), but this company bought them out. Their prices doubled along with having a fuel surcharge. There have been a few times that our trash was missed, and when you call, you're on hold for a long time. When I called to find out what their rates were, what they quoted me was $10.00 less than what we were being charged no including the fuel...

The Worst Customer Service YP.com

When I stated services with this company, my first pick up went fine. That was the end of that. The next week they never showed up. I gave the main office a call and stated this much, they then stated thta they were sorry about that and will make sure that they would be there on my pick up date. This once again never happend, so I called again and stated that my trash still did not get picked...
