I am very disappointed with the service provided by washington pediatric dentist front desk receptionist in Bergenfield, NJ. She was not answering any of my questions appropriately and refused to let me speak to the billing department. I was surprised to hear that no one in billing dept was available to answer my questions. Instead, the reseptionist told me that the person who handles bills is only available once a week for only few hours. How can a business survive without any billing dept? I wanted to then speak to the administrator and the receptionist told me that she herself is the administrator. I didn't know that the receptionist could become an administrator! I hope something could be done to definetly improve the customer service in this place. I have decided to never enter this place ever again. My trust was broken and I felt that I was disrespected by the receptionist.
