WORST ANIMAL HOSPITAL

They treat your pets awful and don't give a c@!p about your pets health. In additional, they have hidden charges. The owner has two animal hospitals; Los Angeles and Rancho Park(prices at this location are extremely high because of the location). The owner is rude and her attitude stinks. *Old hag* Poor Veterinarians that work for her. The Vet was the only nice person in the Washington facility. The receptionist has no customer service skills and is the one the inputs the hidden charges. Of course, since she is apparently the owners right hand. Apparently, the hospital was having a special when I took my pet in. Yeah right! I was charged for unnecessary vaccines. I had no other choice than to pay or I couldn't take my sick pet. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY PET.

Worst place to take your pet to, these people don't care how sick or in pain your pet is, they are not there to help. All they care about is charging you an outrages amount of money , in order to receive any medical attention. I took in my Cat today, earlier today while there was still hope for my cat, and these people were heartless and i had to leave with my sick cat. the prices are crazy, Iam currently unemployed and was limited in funds and they chose not to work around my budget. Never ever going there again if i have any other pets in the future!!! the front staff was rude, the doctor was knowledgeable but could careless about seeing your precious pet die!

Pros: clean area. good front!

Cons: costly, heartless, greedy, inhumane!!!!

I have a 7 month old chihuahua that needs alot of attention, I took him into the vets office this morning because he was having an allergic reaction to an insect bite. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped my dog right away. I would recommend this place to anyone that dosen't put a price on caring for their animals.

I had such a good experience at Washington Dog & Cat Hospital that I felt compelled to write a review. I am new to the area and was referred to them by a coworker. I am so glad that I took her advice. The doctors are great and the overall service is excellent. I highly recommend this practice.
