A box sushi called cherry blossom is pretty in pink, layered with minced spiced tuna, sliced tuna and dotted heavily with tobiko. The best is a hot combo of eel, tempura-like crunchies and sliced avocado blanketed with hamachi and then crowned with a thin slice of jalapeno pepper. In the center is a dot of hot sriracha sauce, creating a bull's-eye, which is how the maki is named.

Wasabi has some of the most delicious sushi in Atlanta. I went there for dinner one night. I wasn't sure what to order. My date picked out one roll, I picked out another, and the waiter picked out the third. Wasabi is one of those sushi restaurants that anchors itself in a spotty neighborhood with barely any other restaurant competition. All that is changing in Castleberry Hill, but it's good that such a solid eatery found it's home there. Very trendy and minimal decor contrast the friendly service we were met with.
