Businessman Bronnie Lee and chef James Hamamori have a hit with their"new generation "sushi houses in Irvine and Newport Beach. This place is rockin' lunchtime it is slammed for good reason, the service is great fast and efficient. The food what can I say???!!! When i first discovered Wasa in the Tustin Marketplace i was truly happy but when i asked where the executive chef was and was told that he works the sushi bar at this location i had to try it. My friend recommended that i sit at the sushi bar and just let the chef do his Omakase thing, which is a custom made tasting menu. it was the best I've had for as long as i can remember. he made dishes...
