They are not the most timely and the reception isn't helpful. I had a appointment at 11:00 AM and wasn't seen until the afternoon, and had to complain that I took time off of work to actually end ...

Got there at 1015a, appt was @ 1030a. Unfortanty waiting to see Dr was over 1 hour to been seen n if all the days they had a fire drill n that dealt my appt. I had a very hard time understanding grkid...s Dr. He was very nice, had all paper work sign b4 he came to see kids. Your new building was very nice, waiting time, NOT so good.. See More

Dr Girgis is absolutely rude and horrible. He has no compassion and refuses to even talk to a patient about any other problems. If you go there, make sure you only have one thing wrong with you or he ...will tell you no, choose only one thing he won't treat your problem and refill your prescription because that is two things. Absolutely horrible! Humiliated my family member and a grievance form...
