Every year during christmas time my family goes downtown together and we always stay at the Warkwick. It is comfortable and perfect for anyone. Plus walking distance from the middle of downtown.

The Warwick is a good mid tier hotel, we like the location, the balcony doors open - fresh air, even though a bit noisy with the firehall a few blocks away. Exceptional food and service in the dinning room.

The Warwick is the best. It is comfortable, with an awesome staff. It's right in the Belltown/ Downtown area so very convenient to many, many restaurants, clubs, and other venues. Yet the pricing is better than most downtown hotels, and the ambiance isn't self-consciously pretentious - just good, solid upscale service and comfort. Highly recommend it.
