From check-in to check-out, we had problems with this hotel. The staff was pleasant but incompetent. Not only did they get our AmEx stuck in their imprinting machine (because they had left other people's credit cards in the machine and it jammed), housekeeping threw out a pair of shoes(!!!????!!!). I had read the previous review and was leery of our up coming stay. What a splendid surprise! Courteous and professional service at the front desk. We were pleasantly surprised! Driving upto the hotel, we were a little worried. It looks worn and uncared for on the outside, but once you step inside..the service and quality more than make up for it. We were absolutely in love with the restaurant, especially the day staff.
