Had a crop appointment scheduled for a friday but clinic rescheduled her for the following monday because Vet needed to go out of town. I wasn't happy but I understand things come up. So Monday comes and I was there at 9 am sharp per their request. As I walked in the smell of urine was extremely strong, I didn't get to speak with Vet at drop off time so I text a pic of desired look and when I asked staff exactly what time the surgery was and if anyone would call me...they looked at me like I was crazy and that they had NO idea about time??Not trusting my gut I left her there, just because he had good reviews but sadly Willow was left in the care of the most incompetent vet practice I have ever had the horror of experiencing!!!! Thanks Warrnensville Animal Hospital for the poor customer service, lies and utter b@!%!**t you put my poor pup & myself through!
1) Absolutely the most disgusting smelling 'Hospital" I have ever been to!!!, As a pet care provider myself, I would shut myself down if my place smelled like that!
2) Front desk girls rude and lack compassion.
3) No update calls..EVER!!! even when they promise they WILL!! Not even when, for whatever reason... they do NOT do the scheduled procedure.
4) Had me drop 8 week puppy off at 9 am (no food past 8 pm the night before) so when I hadn't heard from them by 2:45 in the afternoon I called to check on my pup...Staff informs me they had not done her surgery and weren't planning to FOR ANOTHER HOUR!!!! My poor young pup went all day with no food!!! I call at 5 pm to see how she did (since of course staff didn't call me)answering service says "sorry they are gone for the day" WTH!!!! Finally after worrying all night, I drove back up there at 9am sharp (as I was told I could do) to rescue my dog from this place, hoping surgery is done and over with and we can move forward...nope!!! Rude desk chic runs to the back shuts the door and makes a call...Now my blood pressure is thru the roof!!!!! Vet tech brings me the phone..".Vet wants to speak with you" as my blood runs cold and I pray nothing terrible happened Vet says"Hello Dr. Morse here, we always do our surgeries in the morning?? (Yeah, supposed to have been yesterday morning dude) Then has the nerve to say "I know you live far away so we will be happy to bring Willow home to you at 1 pm today" WHAT!!!! first you lie to me straight out the gate& insult my intelligence but you will gladly rush her surgery today and bring her home after" He had no concern for how she will do after anesthesia ??? NO THANKS! Give me my beautiful puppy!! Horrible way to run a business!!! One star only because I needed to to post review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
My wife and I recently purchased two Great Dane puppies and were looking to have their ears cropped. Our long time vet and Great Dane breeder retired and we were in search of a competent veterinarian. The breeder from whom we purchased the puppies highly recommended Dr. Evan Morse. After speaking with Dr. Morse on the phone and reading other reviews we decided to take a chance and allowed him to crop our puppies ears. WOW! Did we win the lottery!!! Dr. Morse is the Rembrandt of ear cropping!! Not only did he do an exceptional job, he is extraordinarily personable, comprehensive in his knowledge, meticulous and methodical in the performance of his profession. Dr. Morse possesses the rare combination of utmost professionalism, caring and compassionate, understands customer service and reasonable with his pricing. Dr. Morse stands head and shoulders above the competition, trust and use Dr. Morse without hesitation, you will not be disappointed. Dr. Morse is now our veterinarian of choice.
Dr. Morse has been my vet for over 40 yrs. My first dog was one of his first patients in the early 70's and I have taken 5 more dogs to him since then. They have all received excellent care and lived long healthy lives. I boarded them with him when they started their boarding service, had them groomed there when they started the grooming service, and have been pleased with all facets. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Morse saved my Rabbit. He keeps asking if he can keep Lucky as there Mascot and give me visitation rights. I say, I'll keep her and you can have visitation rights. haha He is such a God Sent. Luckies mom
Dr. Morse is none other then God's best. He took one look at my Shih Tzu and knew he was sick and dehydrated he admitted him right away,and started treatment.He took so such care and love with him I can not thank him enough.
Wonderful. Everyone was courteous and they really cared for my dog like he was theirs.
Dr. Evan Morse and his entire staff are fantastic. They have taken excellent care of my two labradoodles for the last 4 years and I trust their medical judgement implicitly. From small surgeries and emergency visits to well care, this practice is first rate.
