This is a bad neighborhood. Don't expect to feel safe at night. Trash lying around all over the place by the end of the day and if you live in the back part of the apartments then there is next to no lighting. There are teenagers constantly splashing loudly in the pool and diving and the manager seems not to care. Parking is a nightmare at night because there is no enforcement on guest parking. Laundry theft is normal here. Its a gated community but not really, locals know the code or simply jumping over the gate. Its a great place for illegals. Very unsafe.

Avoid any of warren properties in TX. The management will try to collect additional charges violating the lease terms. After some time they change the manager and you end up paying more for your rent. The corporate office will not assist you but will increase the rent until you move out of this hell. Take your $$ somewhere else.
