My wife and I moved into the Warren Properties apartment complex with our one year old a few months ago, and we're glad we did. For our two bedroom, one bath apartment with all utilities included, we pay about $750 a month. Which in Arizona is a steal because in the house that my wife and I lived in prior to this apartment, the electric bill was at least $250 a month during the summer, so it...

When I moved here I had no idea that there was bed bugs in alot of apartments. Tenants were always having to call for them to spray including me. There has been altercations and vandalism there. I think it could be a decent place if it was properly taken care of. It was a real pain to feel like nobody cared 95% of the time.
