I had been happy with these cleaners until I brought a very nice, soft new leather jacket that had a couple spots on it. I specifically asked the woman if it could be cleaned safely and she said yes. I had to leave a deposit because it would be sent out and was going to cost a lot. A custom shirt was cleaned at this cleaners and it was returned with two holes in it. The manager denies this occured there but no one else cleans these shirts. Beware
