I have used Wards to service my lawnmower for several years now. They are very trustworthy. Price are a little high. I'm sure they are competitive. I've never looked anywhere else. And I don't mind paying extra for the knowable staff. I will be purchasing my next mower from Wards.

They had a part that I need that night to finish my yard and when I said I might not be able to make it until 5 minutes after closing he didn't even hesitate and said they would gladly stay open for me. Service was great, very personable, and great inventory of items.

Don't go here. the place looks professional but I took my mower into have a clogged jet cleaned in the carburator, (its happen before) and came out with an engine that now needs a valve job. The mechanic fried the battery, and the engine pops at low speed. A simple job for a professional to fix came back as a pile of junk. Communication is lacking at this business. I was refunded the...
