t provide any kind of customer service. He doesn't care how long you've been with the company, he will flat out be rude to you and completely unprofessional. I am a teacher and he insulted my profession! His rates are also not competitive with other insurance providers. Thank goodness I never had to deal with him in the instance of any kind of wreck because I can only imagine what a nightmare...
