Steamed pork or shrimp shumai (dumplings) and spicy harusame (noodle) salad. Thick-cut sushi and sashimi, interesting rolls including shrimp tempura and eel and salmon skin, and the usual suspects of teriyaki, katsu, and udon. Bento boxes for lunch.
The sushi here is amazing and fresh. The service is delightful and the chefs are always willing to give you whatever type of sushi you desire. The prices are great too!

I have eaten a good share of sushi at numerous places in Japan and the world over. Since moving to Miami I have dined in a handful of Japanese restaurants and of all I have tried, I found Wan's to exceed the quality of every other Japanese restaurant.
