Steamed pork or shrimp shumai (dumplings) and spicy harusame (noodle) salad. Thick-cut sushi and sashimi, interesting rolls including shrimp tempura and eel and salmon skin, and the usual suspects of teriyaki, katsu, and udon. Bento boxes for lunch.

If you are looking for excellent sashimi this is the place. The pieces of fish are sliced thick and the price is moderate. I would definately go back.

Since moving to Miami I have dined in a handful of Japanese restaurants and of all I have tried, I found Wan's to exceed the quality of every other Japanese restaurant.
