Unprofessional on the Phone

I had an extremely unpleasant experience trying to call this firm on the phone. The woman who first answered was polite enough, but when forwarded to the person in charge of the case I was met with a very rude, very short attitude. Unprofessional and down right snotty, instead of answering my question about the case she said she was going to forward my call to another attorney- which I suppose...
