this used to be one of the best walmarts of all east texas...my sister in law and I would drive all the way from Dallas to go to this walmart because they received new merchandise all the time and got it first hand from the palestine warehouse. now it is the worst i have been in ....especially over the last three years...we will travel to tyler or palestine or dallas if need be...also they dont...

Jacksonville Wal-mart is one of the cleanest wal-marts I have been in. The Customer Service is great. The sales associates make you feel good about what your buying and where your buying it. They make you laugh and enjoy your time there. This is overall a great place to shop, or just a great place to kill time.
