Walmart says that they will honor a competitors sales item. Went recently and had a competitor sales brochure looked at some of the BOGO item. I could not find a couple of them on the shelf. Where the item was suppose to be there was none. It was first day of sale and early in the morning. …

Stood around in the electronics section waiting for help that I was told, "was on the way." The original clerk came back and then told me to hold on. Bottom line is they are understaffed and don't really care to hustle. I called corporate, they need some customer service training.
