If you are not a male, they will not respect you at all. My girlfriend tries to call for simple this you cannot find on the internet, they are rude, ugly, reroute 12 times, and hang up on you on the phone. They say nasty words to customers and treat them like dirt. The management allows this. Something needs to be done about this store.

I went to wal-mart the other day and asked to one of the employee was a girl for help to find something and she just pointed to where the stuff was and was rude.

Madcustomer, What do you expect? This is the valley and people here are rude and unprofessional here. You should have complained to the manager. I have been to this wal mart before and it is pretty ghetto. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.
