I went to Wal-mart two nights in a row and each time the customer service was beyond poor. The cashiers do not say hi or ask if you need any help. The employees at the check out stand are worse. Not only will they not say hello to you but they won't even make eye contact. This place just sucks when it comes to customer service.

It took me forever to get used to the new remodel and I still don't understand some of the moves. For instance, why would anyone in there right mind put cat food or dog food in a different aisle but on the same gondola as bread.
