I made an appointment last month {February} the I came in at 9am on 3/16/17 I was told I did not have an appointment. I took a half day off from work thinking I had an exam. NO ! I have been comm ing to Wallace for 30 years and THIS is how I am treated. They must not need me anymore.

I took the day off from work to go to my appt. When I got there at 9am they told me I was not in their system, even though I had made the appt. a month earlier. {through the person I was talking to}. I have done business with Wallace for 30 years but now I am no longer important enough to keep in their "system" What a slap in the face. So much for loyalty.

Outstanding customer service!!! I would totally recommend this place! Onsite lab lab had me in and out of there in minutes. Days before I was to go on vacation my glasses broke.
