I had a recent experience with a recall on my Ford. The service technician was rude and attempted to charge me for the service because I did not immediatly have the repair fixed. however, after meeting with the owner they agreed to do it Free of charge. I can't say the experience would of been so pleasing if I did not have assistance from family members who bought a vehicle there. But overall...

We have used both the sales aspect of Walker Ford, and the service/body aspect. We bought a 2003 Ford Explorer with no problems. They had the best price around. They even beat Autoway's family discount!
We have also used their service department and won't take our Ford's anywhere else.
