The owner is very unprofessional and purposely misleads his customers. Information was withheld from my husband and I. We rented a car and he withheld several charges from us until after we had returned the car. When I told him that he did not tell me about the charges initially his response was literally "Yea". I don't see how he could ever have returning customers.

However, I don't feel like I should have to hound someone to tell me about every charge I am about to accrue. That kind of information should be given up front.
