Normally great but sometimes they mess up

Normally I love my pharmacy. I never have a complaint. My medicines are always ready and the staff is super nice. When I have a question the Pharmicist will always stop what she is doing and give me a quick answer or if I have to wait, the wait is really short.

BUT recently my neurologist at Duke was sending in a new prescription. I alerted my pharmacy and I was standing by. I waited 24 hours called them and was told they still had not ""heard' from my Dr. I decided to give my Dr. another day just in case. I called the next day and still they hadnt "" heard' from my Dr. I then...
