Took my watch for new battery and somehow they broke it.They gave it back to me and said to send it to manufacturer. While keeping my money for new battery. Horrible service.

I had them fix my wedding ring. At first i did not realize that all prongs were bent and stone was slopping to side,it was not very bright in there,but later i realized it just didn't look right. My diamond popped right out the next day and Thank God i saw it fall. Beware of these people.

Brought a gorgeous ring for minor repair and they damaged my ring ,gave me back crooked,uneven ring and could not undo the damage ! O,yeah ,and charged me for that too....Shame on them to call themselfs professional jewellers....Had to take my ring to another store where they were able to fix it. Beware !!!!
