Waldron Electric came within 40 min. They found burning wiring where other electricans could not find earlier. They are excelent at what they do, and it only cost me $155.00. HAve used them to repair my furnace and they treated me good on that transaction as well. will use again. Good dealing with Waldron Electric

Waldron electric heating steller company!

We live in the city of Pgh and I was working the beat. My wife called me and told me the fuse box was burning up. We got the city fire department out right away. They put out the fuse box and recomended us to Waldron Electric as being very reliable. We called Waldron Electric Heating Cooling and they were Magnificient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Steller service! Waldron's men worked all night and Mr. Waldron even showed up at 3AM to make sure things were going smooth. We were impressed. They gave us world class service.

Waldron did a spectacular job! A

Me and my sister are elderly,and we had no heat and our fuse box was burning.(box very old from the 40's I'd say) We needed an electrician AND a furnace company to help us get heat as the house was struck by lightning at 11 PM recently. We got Waldron Electric Heating and Cooling LLC. name from a neighbor. He told us Waldron Electric Heating and Cooling did a spectacular job last summer on his furnace, air condition air and electric box. He has refered them to his sister they did a great job for her too this past November. So we called Waldron and they charged me $75.00 to come out, they arrived in 25 minutes. We told the waldron men that the house was struck by lightning and we lost heat and power. The technician Ralph Miller checked my electric fuse box, my outside air conditionair and my furnace. He showed me all the burnt up parts and did not rush me into a decision. He gave me estimates and we approved the price in advance so we knew how much we were spending. I liked that because we had a plumber come once and he hit us with a huge bill and we had to pay it not knowing what the total cost was. With Waldron Electric heating and Cooling they were very upfront with us and Mr. Miller explained everthing to me and made sure we understood. The Waldron men came and worked from 12 midnight till 9 pm the next day and they were just lovely to have we will tell you. They were so very polite, and cleaned up after the job was all complete. Our new furnace they installed(american Standard brand) they said is one of the best you can buy.It warms our home better than the old one and we have seen savings already.They even added an extra cold air return in my bedroom at no charge and I'm a lot warmer now. The breaker box they put in came with a life time warrantee and the Waldron electric guys showed me how to use it and explained the features. They also did a splendid job on installing my new air conditionair, as the old one was by my bedroom window (very noisy!)and they moved it 25 feet down so I can sleep better.They put a new plug in next to it incase I wanted to put my xmas lights up on that side of the home. Waldron Electric heating and Cooling made my lightning strike nightmere go smooth and I am thankfull that my neighbor refered them too me. Since then I gave Waldron Electric's name to two of my girlfriend's at the church bingo and they each bought a furnace from Waldron. They said they were very happy with the price that Waldron gave them and they were very proficient and easy to deal with. The other day they came by to check on my sister and I, as they were in the area working. We gave them some hot tea and had a chat. The superviser was with them and asked to see the work the men did for us. HE checked the connections in the panel to make sure they were all operating cool and our furnace was working propery as a follow up upon there visit. We thought it was so nice for them to stop and check on us (all our lights were out and I was reading a book downstairs)Waldron Electric and their men are a thumbs UP in our book. They did a great job on our home,the neighbors, and our girlfriends at the bingo. So we gave the Waldron Electric guys some hot pie and off they went to help another family out of power. THANK YOU WALDRON ELECTRIC HEATING AND COOLING. We will see you this spring to check our air conditionair for the free cleaning coupon they gave us. Thank you Ralph for organizing everything to go so smooth. Waldron Electric Get's an "A" because they really were good at there job!

Do NOT use Waldron

State Attorney General filed suit against Waldron Electric Company, its owner, Tom Waldron and two of his other businesses, WEC Electric Company and Electric USA, Inc. for $40,000 after years of complaints by consumers. By his own admission, most work done by this person and his many companies (he closed the companies above to avoid paying the judgment) is emergency work. Call someone else. Check the Better Business Bureau or the State Attorney General's office.
