This wasn't necessarily a shopping complaint. I had one of my employees call for a reference check, and it took her forever becuase they kept transfering her. She talked to a guy named chuck, who transfered her the first time, then after about ten minutes of this chuck picked up the phone and told her to QUIT CALLING IT WAS UNCONVIENTANT FOR HIM TO ANSWER THE PHONE EVERYTIME IT RINGS.
