Ever wish you were versed in the art of self-defense? Not just for the feeling of security, but for other benefits?At 25-year-old Wah-Lum Kung Fu, the opportunity is waiting. With weapons or empty-handed, instructors have a structured program teaching the Praying Mantis style of self-defense.Practitioners of kung fu have harnessed their inner strengths. Concentration, focus, flexibility and power are developed. All ages and abilities are welcome to learn traditional kung fu.

The Extras

In addition to self-defense and physical fitness, the art also teaches you to work with sparring weapons, from staffs, swords and spears to two-person fighting sets. Private and group classes are available and supervised by the chief instructor.

Know Before You Go

Members can join on a monthly basis until achieving the physical and emotional discipline to become a practitioner. Certificates are distributed at developing stages.
