If you like homestyle food, this may be the place for you. The building is a metal portable-ish type. The food there is not what I expected nor would I go back.
This restaurant is a must stop for anyone living in or visiting Montgomery, Alabama. It is a family run place with Jeff in the kitchen and his wife Stacey waiting tables (along with a host of other smiling waitresses). I ate at the Wagon Wheel for years and loved the service (and food). I never had to 'order,' because they would feed me like mom did. They cooked it and I ate it. It has been two years and I still dream of the Wagon Wheel and the great times.
