Business Description from the Web
Find all of your favorite sushi selections at Wa Sushi & Bistro.
Founded by three alums from trendsetting Matsuhisa, Wa offers a more personalized experience with comparable high-quality sushi and intriguing Japanese cooking. Particularly rewarding are dishes enhanced with French-inspired sauces. For instance, Chilean sea bass could be napped with in a port reduction, while uni-topped Santa Barbara prawns are dosed with beurre blanc. Although casual, Wa's...

Tips About This Business
Hard to believe in West Hollywood, but parking is free in the garage.
Be careful: Sushi is sold by the piece and not by the pair, so it's easy to rack up a big tab without realizing it.

I always try at least one of the chef's specials. The dishes are always creative and delicious. Small place, but intimate. Perfect if you wanted to reserve the whole place for a birthday or celebration. It's just big enough for a bunch...
