I call to ask if they had this part and pricing I was needing for my dryer and Bob answered the phone with such little regard for me as a customer. He was very curt and rude!! I will NEVER do business at this location.

Have not used this company in a while after a bad experience so i gave them another try. Mistake. No customer service at all. Went all the way to downtown store for part. Was treated very rudely by older gentleman named "Bob". He all but refused to help me figure out what part i was in need of. Acted like i was bothering him. "Bob" needs some intensive training before he is allowed to speak to...
