We had our room styled once in 5 days. There is no air circulation in the room with an awful smell. Everyday we had problems with the heater or AC. Either way too hot or way too cold. They came in 3 times to try to fix it. We had to go grab our own towels as they never came to clean the room or change the towels,etc.
