I have been a member a while and it seems everytime I have to come to a location to withdraw money lately, the representative is a bit to intrusive. It is really none of your business what I do...

Drive thru is slow because they are busy. There are several more tellers inside than drive thru but people are too lazy to come inside. I always come inside for the excellent customer service.
