This is where I got my 2013 Passat. Great, professional employees all around. I bought my car while their new facility was being built so they were in a temporary warehouse building. The sales people are nice enough. The guy that I signed the papers with didn't even try to get me to buy some expensive scam/warranty. But the management and service teams are terrible.
