As a coach to my cross-country team at USC, I know how important it is to know your numbers. You don't have to be training for the olympics either, you just have to be a serious athelete who knows what he or she is doing. That is why I periodically ask my students to go get their vo2max results. However, I needed to recommend them all to a place I knew they were going to get a knowledgeable and helpful staff.
