I have eaten here on three occasions. We sat outside in their lovely garden each time. The first time, our food was better than average. We took a guest the next time and the food was very so so. The third we had their signature dish, a linguine stirred in their parmesan cheese wheel. Previously read ratings were very positive, but I felt that the dish was watery and not worth the trip.

We travel to New York City 2 or 3 times a year and Vittorio's is a mandatory stop for us. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food is uniformly outstanding. The Pasta Wheel (fettucine and parmigiano) and the gnocchi are unmatched
On April 2nd I visited Vittorio's Cucina as part of a party of 25 people. I found the food and service to be outstanding. We tried many of the appetizers and they were all good. The Vittorio's Wheel Pasta (fettuccine special of the house) is a must. For a main course I had the Veal Picatta which was not swimming in lemon and butter but done just right.
