The Owner of the Company doesn't have any consideration for his employees nor does he take care of them. All he cares about is his revenues. He is very unprofessional and talks to his employees like they are slaves. He doesn't give raises to people that have worked for him for years and doesn't offer them any benefits. He makes empty promises.
This company is very unprofessional they treat employees like slaves. The night supervisor Rose was a driver before and got promotted to a supervisor with out going to any training. He talks to us like slaves. Last night he told us if you guys do not finish on time I'm going to fire all. What kind of work ethic does this company have.
