Generally I get great customer service and can find a good deal here or there.

I called TWICE today looking for Diatomaceous Earth and the first time I was on hold for 35 minutes before I hung back. I called back and was on hold for another 10 before I gave up and decided to order the stuff on Amazon (free shipping, too).
