Quiet neighborhood. All the units are one bedroom. However, other apartment complex in the area offer more amenities. Parking is OK but the entrance to get in to the complex is very narrow that you would hardly see two cars coming in and going out. One of the cars would have to give way for the other car and this is such a hassle.

DONT RENT HERE! They charge you just as much as any other LUXURY apartment in Pleasanton. The rooms are ok in size but other than that, its a bad place. Walls are garbage, tried to hang up a picture frame and the dry wall is so old its like DIRT, nail just fell out a few minutes after I hung it up. You can hear EVERYTHING through these sand packed walls, toilet flushing, someone taking a shower, walking, moving furniture, everything. The bathroom is CONNECTED to the bedroom with one sliding door seperating the toilet from your bedroom, and the sink isnt located in the bathroom -- its...
